Liner Installation

The pool liner needs to be installed & 2 liner vacuums are highly recommended for a perfect install. Please be ready by 10 a.m. the morning of confirmed scheduled welding install.

If needed, we can install the gaskets and faceplates on top of the liner that are provided at the job site, this will avoid any delays or issues before water is put into the pool.

If you wish to do this yourself, we ask that you do not install or cut in any of the main drains, lights, skimmers, returns, wall vacuum plates, speakers, Paramount Wall Suctions etc. until we have completed the custom welding of all features.
You will need to check with our staff before adding water to the pool to avoid any complications with wrinkles, repositioning of the liner, stretching the materials into place and any additional materials needed for welding. It is best to wait until the custom welding is completed. This helps avoid any unnecessary risk of wrinkles and we cannot be held responsible for this if this step is ignored.

If there is a delay on the day of your scheduled appointment, or our crew has to wait until the liner is hung while onsite, there is a additional charge for the delay of $185 per hour plus HST. per 2-man crew.
All concrete/vermiculite on features to be custom welded such as steps, sun ledges, benches, chairs etc. must be cured 100% to ensure our adhesives will adhere to the feature correctly and according to manufacturer specifications.

We understand that schedules get delayed from unforeseen circumstances such as weather, manufacturing, staff shortages, locked gates, equipment failures, traffic etc. If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please contact us by email so that there is a written copy for all parties and no missed phone calls, missed text messages or voicemails. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice so that we have time to reschedule with other clients who are in cue. If no notice is provided to cancel ahead of time, a cancelation fee of $475.00 plus HST will be applied to your account, plus any travel related expenses before a new date is rescheduled. This balance must be paid in full before a new appointment date is rescheduled.
All drawing from dig specs, vinyl measurements and or pictures from your phones must be submitted prior to scheduling a installation date unless Vinylfusion measured your pool liner & scheduled the date directly with you ahead of time.

Weather delays will occur as we all know. We will ensure to do our best to keep dates and we have the additional tarps and tents available to work through most weather conditions. With this said there will be days unfortunately that we may need to rescheduled and you will be notified of the new dates available.

*ATTENTION*: We highly recommend the installation of a handrail as a safety feature to enter and exit the pool, as the vinyl material on the steps can be slippery, regardless if textured or not due to water chemistry conditions, this helps avoid any unforeseen accidents with slip and falls with family, friends and associates . *
